The situation with Murphy hasn't been solved yet. We have tried several things, with no luck. The house is now divided between you and Murphy. You live on the second floor and sleep in our office with the door locked. The ground floor is the domain for Murphy and Kimba. Kimba is still the only other cat who can come close to you.
We bought a bench, placed it in the living room and put you in it, in the hope that seeing and smeling you, would calm down Murphy and let him stop attacking you. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. So we will put Murphy in the bench and see what happens. (March 2006)
