19th May 2005, a date that we will never forget. That's the day,
we saw you for the last time. Since then, you have disappeared. We called
every official instance we know, visited the pet-shelter and spread
folders in the neighbourhoud with your description and photo. But it
kept quited.
After a few weeks after your dissappearance we had some hope, a cat
came a night to eat some food we had placed at the backdoor. We hoped
that is was you, but you were affraid to enter our home again. So we
filmed our nightly visitor. Unfortunately, it wasn't you, but a neighbouring
cat who came for a late night snack.
Another few weeks later, I received an email for a neighbour. She thought
she saw you around her mother's house, unfortunately it wasn't you,
but Murphy.
It's now almost a year later, we still miss you a lot and it's hard
not to know what has happened to you. (7 April 2006) |
